2. Data collected on this website

The contact and quote request forms only collect the information you enter:

• first and last name;
• email address and phone number;
• company name and approximate headcount;
• the content of your message.

The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The demo video is embedded through YouTube's "no cookie" player: no data is sent to YouTube until you start playback.

3. Purposes

This data is used solely to answer your request: arrange a demo, prepare a payroll outsourcing quote, handle a sales or support question, or review a partnership proposal. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Recipients and processors

Your requests are handled by the Izi Paie team. Data passes through our hosting and email providers, who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Retention period

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for at most three years after the last exchange for business relationship follow-up, unless a longer legal retention period applies.

6. Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (TLS). Data is stored on secure infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete data concerning you. Write to us at contact@izipaie.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also refer the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).

8. Data processed in the Izi Paie application

Payroll and employee data entered in the application by our customers (firms and companies) is governed by the contractual terms agreed with each customer, who remains responsible for it. It is segregated per firm, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used for any purpose other than the payroll service.

9. Calculator usage statistics

The net salary calculator keeps anonymous usage statistics so we can improve it: language, device, traffic source, options chosen and salary bracket (never the exact amount), result bracket, errors encountered and clicks through to sign-up or a quote. This data contains no IP address, name or email address; the visits of a single session are linked by a random identifier stored in the tab's memory, cleared when it closes, without cookies.
